Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes about our inspection services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Pricing, availability, and service details may change without notice, and any quote is confirmed before work begins.
Scope of a home inspection
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of the readily accessible areas and systems of a property on the day of the inspection. It reflects the condition of the home at that time and is not a prediction of future performance, a guarantee, a warranty, or an insurance policy against defects.
We do not move furniture, dismantle equipment, or access areas that are unsafe, concealed, or otherwise inaccessible. Conditions that are hidden, latent, or that arise after the inspection are outside the scope of the report. Any protection plans or warranties you choose to add are provided and administered by third parties under their own terms and conditions.
Bookings and payment
Submitting a booking or contact request does not by itself confirm an appointment; we will follow up to confirm scheduling. Optional pay-at-closing (FlexFund) and any add-on services are subject to the terms of the applicable provider.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brian's Home Inspection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The terms of any specific inspection service are governed by the written inspection agreement you receive and sign before that inspection.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Brian's Home Inspection or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
